What’s included? What’s not included?
As with all escape room group events, we provide the entertainment: access to our 5 amazing Bandera Rd. escape rooms. Since we’ve devoted 100% of our facility to providing awesome escape experiences, we don’t have space for cake, other food, or presents.
I have a group of 25 people. Can they all play at the same time, or will my group be running in phases or be split up?
That’s awesome, we love big groups! In fact, we have 5 unique escape rooms at our Bandera Rd. location that can run at the same time so your group can be split up and have fun all at the same time!
How many people can we have in one escape room?
Our five rooms at Bandera Rd. can each accommodate up to ten people. This means that we have the capacity to host quite a big celebration at either location!

What is the booking process?
Select the “Field Trip” option on our booking page. If you are booking more than 7 days in advance of the event, click “Book Now” for your desired time. However, if you are booking within 7 days, click “Call to Book” to discuss further.
How many people can play a game?
As with all of our escape room group events, each escape room can fit up to 10 people. However, if your group is bigger than that, your team will be split between our 5 rooms at our Bandera Rd. location.
Do I have to pay for a 15 person game for just 11 players?
No! When you call to book, we can manually add players to any package. Just buy the 10 person package and we will additionally place a full price ticket to your reservation when you arrive.

Of course! You can add or remove players from your reservation. We can also upgrade packages or add individual tickets.
What if I’m not sure how big my group will be?
We recommend getting a package to accommodate the maximum possible size of your group to ensure that you reserve enough space. Regardless of your group size, your down payment is only $50, giving you flexibility all the way up until the day of the event.

We can remove the sales tax from your booking. Just email your tax-exempt form over to us.

Can you invoice my company?
Absolutely! Please note that invoices are due on receipt, so your booking isn’t secured until payment is received.
